Many of my pieces combine manufactured and organic materials with an eye to their texture, color and tactile quality. I focus on taking these items and transforming them to a new purpose.
Layering and weaving together materials at hand and objects found on walks around the city, I hope to challenge the viewer’s perception of waste and beauty.
