There is a 100-word limit for the event description or submission requirement field.

Please take note that for both the Events and Calls-for-work forms, you have to choose a start date as well as an end date, even if that date is the same for both options. Submissions without both a start and an end date will not be accepted. All other fields with asterisks have to be filled in as well.

Once you have filled in the necessary fields, click on the SUBMIT button to send us your announcement. Your submission has to be approved by the Webmaster before it will appear on the Calendar.
