My photomontages are made up of photos of light sources taken in motion. I started by taking photos on subterranean trains in different cities. The camera's misreading of light in movement becomes the material for the depiction of emotions and thoughts that are transient and intangible. Recently, I started taking photos while walking and riding in a car at night. In the new photomontages I explore the desire to transcribe a specific moment into a visual image and the limitations inherent in such attempts.
